CLASS Descriptions

HITFIT

The Hitfit experience: a full-body, self-paced workout involving punching the bag and bodyweight exercises.

HITFIT EQUIPMENT

The Hitfit experience with the addition of exercise and activities using functional equipment!

HITFIT CONTACT

Participate in contact boxing partner drills and conditioned sparring. Please speak with a coach prior to attending.

SPARRING

Invite-only session for experienced boxers focusing on technique, timing, and controlled contact sparring under coach supervision. Must be approved to attend.

JOEYS

Our children’s boxing session for Under 8’s, featuring boxing fundamentals and technique, combined with fun, game-based activities.

JUNIORS

Our children’s boxing session for adolescent ages that covers all boxing skills, movements, and principles through individual and team activities.
