No, we believe in “starting where you are, using what you have and doing what you can”. We understand everyone is at different stages in their fitness journey, we encourage everyone to go at their own pace and push to their individual limit. YOU CAN DO IT!

Boxing is proven to be one of the most effective forms of exercises for burning calories. HITFIT combines real boxing techniques with functional training for a unique full-body workout like no other.

By following the training and nutritional guidelines, there is no reason why HITFIT Boxing will not work for you. We have seen life-changing results with our clients but like anything in life, you get out what you put in! Our training program is simple but simple isn’t the same as ‘easy’.
